Business Development Manager (Remote)
Job Description:
New Business Development
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the warehousing and logistics sectors.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the company’s warehousing solutions.
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients, converting leads into successful long term partnerships.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular client visits to assess opportunities and ensure satisfaction with services.
- Negotiate and close contracts to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Proposal & Tender Management
- Lead the preparation of RFIs and RFQs, ensuring competitive and client-centric proposals.
- Develop and present proposals that demonstrate the company’s expertise in warehousing solution.
Strategic Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Support cross-functional projects and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
Job Requirement:
- Proven success in warehousing business development, sales, and client management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills for engaging high-level stakeholders.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
