  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

1. Mainly monitoring and oversees loading

  • Print weighing tickets
  • Monitor import frozen container including on weekends

2. Support all needs that are related to loading

  • Cutting sticker/ pasting sticker/marking/labelling/stamping
  • Prepare carton/inner box
  • Take sufficient photos
  • Any special request by customers

3. Assist with miscellaneous task for shipments

  • Special photo requirements
  • Prepare sample if requirements
  • Measuring carton/pallet
  • Weighing bags/carton/pallet
  • Sending sample to lab
  • Accommodate phyto officer for phyto inspection
  • Accommodate fumigation officer for fumigation inspection

4. Support logistics tasks

  • Looking over goods collection by customers
  • Making sure customer sign and return DO correctly
  • Maintaining local stock, calculate and inform team if there are any stocks that are low

5. Other miscellaneous task instructed by HOD

  • Collect/send shipping documents : PKD/FMM/JKNNS/DHL/etc
  • Filing/photocopy of certs/courier
  • Buy any urgent items required by purchasing
  • Send foreigner workers to clinic if needed

6. Need to help warehouse and production side if short of manpower

  • Batching
  • Packing

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
