Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service for all general telephone / e-mail enquiries.
  • Provide high standard of accuracy with bookings to our customers.
  • Revert to customers with information which relate to their booking request and action accordingly with the required documentation.
  • Update and maintain Vessel/voyage profile and sailing schedule.
  • Verify and process roll over shipments.
  • Follow-up / liaison with customers for any discrepancy arise from Shipping Instruction.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree, any field.
  • Candidate fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
  • Pleasant personality with good people communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-pace environment.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
