Job Description:
- Conduct routine tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses using laboratory equipment and techniques.
- Record and interpret test results accurately, documenting findings in detailed reports.
- Assist in the development and validation of analytical methods for quality control purposes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory, including equipment calibration and maintenance.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking laboratory supplies and reagents.
- Collaborate with Quality Control and Production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing support as needed and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in food safety and quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- SPM, Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., FDA, HACCP, GMP).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with food testing methods and equipment is preferred.
- Understanding of statistical analysis and quality control techniques is a plus.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
