Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern to join our Brands, Marketing & Communications team. The Graphic Designer intern will be responsible for creating visual concepts that communicate ideas to inspire, inform, and captivate our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop high quality branding materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc), including graphic elements, infographics, and illustrations.
Adapt concepts and execute designs for various communication collaterals suitable for multiple platforms, ensuring consistency with EY’s brand guidelines. This includes formatting presentations, proposals, brochures, banners, social media collateral.
Utilize Microsoft Office software, especially PowerPoint, to create professional presentations and collateral that align with EY’s branding and communication standards.
Coordinate with external suppliers for production requests, which includes requesting quotations, discussing requirements, providing files, ensuring the production outcome meets project needs.
Shoot and edit video content, ensuring the final product aligns with the firm’s messaging and aesthetic standards.
Collaborate with different departments within the firm to understand and fulfill design requirements.
Ensure all content adheres to our brand guidelines and firm policies.
Work in a multi-project environment and effectively communicate to meet expectations, deliverables and deadlines.
Requirements:
At least a Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
Proven graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
A creative mind with a flair for design and keen sense of balance and intuition when it comes to layout.
Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other visual design tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially PowerPoint, for creating professional presentations and collateral.
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to interact effectively and positively in a fast-paced environment
Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in photography and videography, including the ability to operate a camera and capture high-quality images.
Familiarity with photo editing and layout software.
