Job responsibilities:

  • Key In Booking into VSM system
  • Perform E-Excise/E-Daftar/ Report
  • Processing for New Vehicle/Used Vehicle Registration
  • Perform daily collection such as banking, issuing receipt
  • Perform e-covernote & e-policy for new vehicle
  • Check & ensure completeness submission of HP doc to finance company
  • Follow up hp collection
  • Follow up insurance renewal & assist on insurance matter
  • Perform e-filing for all the invoices
  • Processing for vendor/staff claim payment
  • Understake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and other related duties specified by the superior

Job Requirement:

  • Candidates must possess at least a SPM or any other relevant field qualification
  • Minimum 1 year & above of working experience
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words & PowerPoint will be an advantage
  • Possess initiative, positive working attitude and team player who is able to work with minimum supervision
