We are looking for a Part-Time HR Associate to support our HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has a passion for people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in payroll processing and attendance tracking.
  • Organize training sessions, team-building activities, and other HR initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with HR software ) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: RM1,622.78 - RM4,670.74 per month
