We are looking for a strategic-minded and versatile professional to join our business operations team, contributing to critical initiatives across Salesforce, analytics, and data governance. How you’ll make an impact:

  • Support Business Operations Strategy Initiatives: Collaborate with regional and global teams to align business practices and improve operational consistency.
  • Enable Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide actionable insights by supporting analytics and governance projects.
  • Enhance Processes Across JAPAC: Assist in designing and implementing improvements to streamline workflows and drive efficiency.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Partner with business units to promote the adoption of solutions and harmonize practices.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to impactful solutions.

What you'll need (Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, data management, or operations preferred.
  • Proven ability to navigate and deliver results in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Ability to build trust, manage relationships, and resolve conflicts across diverse teams
  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in business operations, strategy support, or related fields.
  • Fluency in Japanese is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Tableau is highly desirable but not mandatory.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across regions and teams.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects and driving adoption of strategic initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to Salesforce CRM and Tableau is a plus.
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
