Accountant/Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle accounts receivables and account payables
  • Handle correspondence with customers/suppliers and authorities/3rd parties
  • Assist in doing report for SST submission
  • General office administration works such as handling petty cash, accurate documents filing, keep record and etc
  • Assist in payroll and double check sales claims
  • Ensure accounting records and systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in accounting
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience
  • Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Hardworking and self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good command on written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to multitask, put attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Preferably candidates who lives around Seri Kembangan

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
