Job Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts receivables and account payables
- Handle correspondence with customers/suppliers and authorities/3rd parties
- Assist in doing report for SST submission
- General office administration works such as handling petty cash, accurate documents filing, keep record and etc
- Assist in payroll and double check sales claims
- Ensure accounting records and systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in accounting
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Hardworking and self-motivated
- Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Good command on written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to multitask, put attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Preferably candidates who lives around Seri Kembangan
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
