Job Description :
- Manage NOC Front Office Teams For Surveillance, Operation Support & Configuration Management.
- Ensure 24 X 7 Network Alarms Surveillance & Control.
- Manage TT / WO Solutions.
- Maintain Competency & Training Need Of Team.
- Manage The Technical Help Desk
- Maintain Agreed SLA For Surveillance, Customer Complaints & IT Solutions.
- Manage Daily Report
- Manage The NOC Operation Including SLA/KPI Fulfillment
- Manage The Communication With The Client E.G. The SLA/KPI Fulfillment And With Other Organization E.G. Site Handover Issues With ROT
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s Degree In Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
- Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Network Operations Center (NOC) Management Or A Similar Role.
- Strong Understanding Of Network Infrastructure And Systems.
- Experience With Network Monitoring And Surveillance Tools.
- Proficiency In Handling Trouble Tickets (TT) And Work Orders (WO).
- Familiarity With Service Level Agreements (SLA) And Key Performance Indicators (KPI) In A NOC Environment.
- Experience In Configuration Management And Technical Support.
- Proven Experience In Managing And Leading NOC Front Office Teams.
- Ability To Ensure 24x7 Network Alarms Surveillance And Control.
- Competence In Managing The Technical Help Desk And Providing Operational Support.
- Strong Organizational Skills For Maintaining Team Competency And Identifying Training Needs.
- Ability To Manage And Analyze Daily Reports Related To NOC Operations.
- Competence In Monitoring And Fulfilling SLA/KPI Requirements.
- Proficiency In Handling Customer Complaints And IT Solutions Within Agreed SLA Parameters.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
