JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Assist in all procurement related duties in accordance with company policies and procedures for smooth and efficient procurement activities.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure goods purchased meet the specification in terms of quality, quantity and delivery.
  • Assist in sourcing, purchasing and negotiating with the suppliers for the required good or item.
  • Assist in maintaining current up to date procurement documents to be easily retrieved.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration/ Management/ or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM700.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
