Sale Development Manager – Ella Kitchen Cabinet
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to drive growth for Ella Kitchen Cabinet, with a strong focus on sales through exhibitions, trade shows, and direct customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have experience participating in home and interior design events like HomeDec, Perfect Livin, and BuildXpo, using these platforms to generate leads and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (B2C & B2B).
- Build relationships with homeowners, interior designers, and developers.
2. Event & Exhibition Sales
- Plan and manage participation in events like HomeDec, Perfect Livin, and other home fairs.
- Maximize lead generation and conversions from these events.
- Coordinate booth setup, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure effective event marketing.
3. Market Expansion & Brand Awareness
- Drive showroom sales and explore potential new locations.
- Expand partnerships with developers and interior designers to increase project-based sales.
- Monitor industry trends to refine sales strategies.
4. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on leads.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to meet customer needs.
- Ensure a smooth sales process from inquiry to delivery.
5. Team Leadership & Sales Operations
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Implement sales processes, CRM systems, and performance tracking.
- Ensure the team meets monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in kitchen cabinets, furniture, or interior sales.
- Familiarity with home fairs and trade shows (HomeDec, Perfect Livin, etc.).
- Strong network in real estate, construction, or interior design industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing business environment.
