Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Business Administration Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a related field, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support:
- Assist in managing day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain and organize office records, both physical and digital.
- Client and Candidate Coordination:
- Support the recruitment team by scheduling interviews, coordinating meetings, and communicating with clients and candidates.
- Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all stakeholders.
- Database Management:
- Update and maintain candidate and client databases accurately.
- Assist in tracking recruitment metrics and generating reports.
- Communication:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as needed.
- Office Maintenance:
- Ensure the office environment is well-organized and supplies are replenished.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration, business support, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
