Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Business Administration Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a related field, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist in managing day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Maintain and organize office records, both physical and digital.
  • Client and Candidate Coordination:
  • Support the recruitment team by scheduling interviews, coordinating meetings, and communicating with clients and candidates.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all stakeholders.
  • Database Management:
  • Update and maintain candidate and client databases accurately.
  • Assist in tracking recruitment metrics and generating reports.
  • Communication:
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Recruitment Support:
  • Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as needed.
  • Office Maintenance:
  • Ensure the office environment is well-organized and supplies are replenished.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration, business support, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
