  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic IT professional to oversee key technology functions, including IT operations, client portals, data management portals, and localization technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee IT infrastructure and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Develop strategies to optimize technology processes and systems.
  • Manage and adapt client portals based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance portal functionalities.
  • Maintain hardware, software and IT related devices inventory.
  • Drive localization technology strategies to support regional initiatives.
  • Provide troubleshooting on IT hardware/software, system administration and other IT support as needed.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve technology integration and usage.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in IT operations and technology management.
  • Demonstrated experience in client portal management and localization technologies.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance high-level planning with operational execution.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, multi-country environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Not necessarily hands-on in programming but must have a solid understanding of technology and systems integration.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
