  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts that support our strategic business decisions in the oil and gas sector.
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry-specific trends, pricing, and financial markets to inform financial planning and risk assessments.
  • Reconcile accounts, verify data accuracy, and ensure compliance with both company financial policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize financial processes and improve workflows across our operations.
  • Support internal and external audits by gathering and organizing the necessary documentation and financial records.
  • Monitor market conditions and oil & gas industry trends to assess potential impacts on company financial performance.
  • Perform finance-related tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining financial records in an efficient and organized manner.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with an interest in the oil and gas industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive and eager to learn in a challenging, fast-paced setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
