  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor production productivity, capacity and analysis and implement productivity improvement process
  • Kaizen / Continuous Improvement for manufacturing process and system
  • Capacity calculation based on forecast and action plan
  • Layout study to create a lean concept
  • Cycle time calculation and on time submission for new RFQ project
  • Work with R&D team on new product development and product trial
  • Conduct cost down activity by identifying new process strategy and study replaceable equipment to improve productivity, eg. automation.
  • To develop SOPs, ensure critical processes and control points are properly controlled and up to date documentation for consistent performance
  • Establish standard cycle times for production processes to aid in planning and costing.
  • Develop production jigs, visual aids, manpower plans, process flows, and space designs to optimize manufacturing processe with error proofing techniques.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement projects to achieve savings.
  • Establish OEE monitoring and improve.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (Kaizen/Continuous Improvement).
  • Experience with capacity calculation, cycle time calculation, and lean manufacturing layouts.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and OEE monitoring tools.
  • Proven ability to manage and implement cost reduction projects.
  • Experience in developing SOPs and maintaining up-to-date documentation.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
