Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of containerized logistics operations, including storage, handling, and transportation.
  • Supervise daily warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and optimize container utilization, storage planning, and transportation routes.
  • Coordinate and liaise with shipping lines, transporters, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement and improve operational processes to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company SOPs.
  • Lead and develop the logistics and operations team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Analyze operational data and generate reports to track efficiency, identify issues, and propose solutions.
  • Oversee risk management and troubleshooting for any operational disruptions or challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow, reduce costs, and improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, containerized operations, or supply chain management.
  • Experience in cold chain logistics is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
  • Familiarity with logistics software, container tracking systems, and inventory management tools.
  • Ability to handle large-scale container movements and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
