Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing guidance.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Oversee brand positioning and marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and market presence.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Manage pricing strategies and contract negotiations with customers.
- Monitor and report sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet company goals.
- Develop and oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website content, and advertising.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote DCL Coldchain.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or cold chain services.
- Proven track record in business development and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in digital marketing and branding is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and develop strategic solutions.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
