Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior eCommerce Executive to manage and optimize our presence across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada. This senior role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of eCommerce trends to drive sales, customer engagement, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada stores, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Live Session Coordination: Strategically plan, schedule, and manage live sessions with hosts to maximize audience engagement and sales conversions.
  • Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with platform account managers to execute campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and leverage platform updates for growth opportunities.
  • Order & Inventory Management: Lead the team in processing orders, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate stock levels across all platforms.
  • Sales Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and interpret sales and performance data, providing insights and detailed monthly performance reports.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and logistics teams to align on campaign preparation, promotional strategies, and brand consistency.
  • Commission Management: Calculate and track commissions for live hosts, ensuring accurate and timely payouts.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest eCommerce trends, especially on TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada, and propose innovative strategies to boost sales and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing (experience with TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada is essential).
  • Proven track record in managing online stores and driving sales growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
