Senior Executive, Production Planning (3 months Contract)

General responsibilities:

• Carry out materials and production planning
• Control and monitor the stock level of all inputs and outputs, facilitate smooth delivery to customers.
• Coordinate various manufacturing processes to ensure that finished products are produced within quality standards and production plan.
• Work with all operational staff ensuring compliance with all aspects of Safety, Quality (including ISO and food safety), and Productivity.
• Assist in establishing work instructions and SOP, including specific requirements related to equipment, formulas, or dietary restrictions.
• Assist in SAP data entry
• Prepare periodical report or special report as and when required for management review
• Support process or technology improvement projects, and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives
• Work closely with QA and Operations teams to resolve product non-conformances, including internal issues and customer complaints.

Functional skills and knowledge:

• Good command in written and spoken English
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate knowledge in conducting internet research to secure and validate factual information
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Good working relationship with cross functional teams

Education:

Minimum Degree holder in related discipline based on the function's requirements
