  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Task Clinic Assistant

  • Responsible for carrying out normal operations for the medical clinic, including patient registration and injections.
  • Updating all patient records.
  • Performing appropriate treatments in a timely manner as directed.
  • Maintaining the filing system using the provided system.
  • Ensuring the treatment room and diagnostic room meet standards and assigned tasks.
  • Managing stock, cleanliness of the treatment room, and storage areas.
  • Willing to travel to all company branches when required.

Job Task Customer Service

  • Greet patients with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-stocked with necessary stationery and materials.
  • Respond to patient inquiries via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email.
  • Schedule and update patient appointments for consultations and treatments.
  • Record appointments in Google Calendar and the appointment book.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and emailing patients or suppliers.
  • Address and resolve patient issues, complaints, and concerns efficiently to maintain high patient satisfaction and service quality.
  • Manage the replenishment of medications and consumables as needed.
  • Handle other duties assigned by the Manager as required.
  • Must be capable of multitasking effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
