Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals to drive growth.
- Create and manage communication campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Oversee external PR efforts, including media relations and press releases.
Lead Generation and Sales Support
- Design and execute lead generation strategies to support the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives.
Content Development and Communication
- Manage and create newsletters for existing and prospective clients, ensuring relevant and engaging content.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials to support campaigns and events.
- Design and create marketing collaterals using existing brand templates.
Event Management and Partnerships
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, webinars, and partnerships aimed at lead generation and brand building.
- Identify and foster partnerships that align with the company’s goals and target audience.
Digital Marketing and Tools
- Execute digital marketing campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn (optional, training can be provided).
- Utilize tools such as HubSpot (CRM & marketing automation), Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (optional) to streamline marketing efforts.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives to ensure ROI.
- Provide regular reports on marketing activities and their effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, tools, and digital marketing.
- Ability to create and design collaterals using existing brand templates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in managing newsletters, events, and external PR is a plus.
- Proficient in marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot (CRM & marketing automation), Canva, and ad platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn (optional, training can be provided).
- Ability to work independently and think strategically.
