Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals to drive growth.
  • Create and manage communication campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Oversee external PR efforts, including media relations and press releases.

Lead Generation and Sales Support

  • Design and execute lead generation strategies to support the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives.

Content Development and Communication

  • Manage and create newsletters for existing and prospective clients, ensuring relevant and engaging content.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials to support campaigns and events.
  • Design and create marketing collaterals using existing brand templates.
Event Management and Partnerships
  • Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, webinars, and partnerships aimed at lead generation and brand building.
  • Identify and foster partnerships that align with the company’s goals and target audience.
Digital Marketing and Tools
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn (optional, training can be provided).
  • Utilize tools such as HubSpot (CRM & marketing automation), Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (optional) to streamline marketing efforts.
Analytics and Reporting
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives to ensure ROI.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing activities and their effectiveness.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, tools, and digital marketing.
  • Ability to create and design collaterals using existing brand templates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in managing newsletters, events, and external PR is a plus.
  • Proficient in marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot (CRM & marketing automation), Canva, and ad platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn (optional, training can be provided).
  • Ability to work independently and think strategically.
