  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Click JavaScript.

You will work side by side with our team of professionals to develop valuable skills in financial analysis, accounting, and reporting.

  • Support month-end closing and assist reports are submitted within the stipulated timeline.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly/year-end schedules & accounts reconciliation.
  • Support finance team members in terms of staff claims (creation of user profile & etc).
  • Support in initiating tax planning, support in periodic tax filings.
  • Support in preparation of financial statements and tax computation.
  • Assist in preparation of tax supporting schedules and analysis.
  • Assist finance team members to extract and prepare weekly & monthly shipment details to aid analysis.
  • Assist financial controller in preparation of 12-months rolling piloting and 5 year trajectory planned in order to facilitate the budgeting process and evaluate current performance.
  • Assist finance team members to ensure the completeness, existence and accuracy of fixed assets and inventories with the help of logistics operations managers.
  • Assist in performing fixed asset sighting.
  • Assist in preparation of the vendor creation process.
  • Assist in updating fixed assets register are updated timely and accurately.
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.

Profile:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
