  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

1. Responsible of processing daily production administration: work orders, warehouse stock transfer, in-process, out-going docs, shipping coordination.

2. Follow up to ensure that the production lines are running according to the planned schedule target & output to fulfil customer requirement and delivery

3. Assist to monitor and improve process supporting documents such as SOPs, checklists, guidelines, process flow, etc

4. Maintain accurate production records and documentation related to production, inventory, and other operational data.

5. Coordinate with production team in ensuring the work place always maintained optimum hygienic level with 5s implementation.

6. Work closely with warehouse to ensure accurate materials transfer with with planned orders

7. Conduct team meetings to review production status and ongoing problems.

8. Assist to provide on-the-job training to workers to resolve issues and help meet production goals.

9. Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Graduate Diploma or Fresh graduation, in any field

2. Min of 1 year working experience in production or manufacturing

3. Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Office

4. Strong communication, follow-up, reporting skills and attention to detail.

5. Proactive mindset and attention to details

6. Self-motivated team player with a desire and drive to learn and grow

7. Knowledge of quality control and assurance processes, as well as regulatory requirements in the food manufacturing industry.
