We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Admin / Invoicing Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer orders, issuing invoices using UBS Inventory System, managing stock checks, and coordinating deliveries. If you have strong administrative skills and a keen eye for accuracy, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer orders and ensure timely processing.
  • Issue invoices using UBS Inventory System and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct stock checks weekly
  • Assist account for basic accounting tasks, including filing and record-keeping.
  • Arrange transport and delivery of customer orders, coordinating with driver/logistics partners.
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with UBS Inventory System is an added advantage.
Better if have prior experience in invoicing, stock check, or administrative roles.
