We are working with a Malaysia-based professional accounting and financial services firm that specializes in providing value-added bookkeeping, payroll management, payment administration, and contract staff services.. They serves clients from various industries and aims to support businesses with accurate financial reporting, compliance with tax regulations, and strategic financial advice.

Job Responsibility :

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Maintain and organize company documents, records, and client files.  Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and calls.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Scan, sort, and file documents using the firm's document management system to ensure efficient and secure storage and retrieval.
  • Manage documentation and correspondence with banks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial documents.
  • Communicate with regulatory authorities and government agencies to facilitate compliance and address inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting applications for business licenses and permits, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
