  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Our client is seeking a proactive and talented Public Relations (PR) Executive who is fluent in Mandarin to join their team. This individual will be responsible for enhancing the company’s public image, creating media strategies, and building relationships with key media outlets in both Mandarin and English. The ideal candidate will have experience in PR and a strong understanding of the importance of communication in shaping a brand’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute PR strategies that align with the company’s vision, goals, and target audience.
  • Create press releases, media kits, and other communication materials in both Mandarin and English to promote company products, services, and corporate initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers in Mandarin-speaking markets.
  • Monitor media coverage and identify opportunities for the company to engage with relevant media.
  • Organize and manage press events, media briefings, and interviews, ensuring effective communication in Mandarin and English.
  • Manage crisis communication and protect the company’s reputation in both local and international markets.
  • Write and edit content for social media platforms, newsletters, and the company’s website, ensuring consistent messaging in Mandarin and English.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all communication and marketing materials are aligned with the company’s voice.
  • Track the effectiveness of PR campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
  • Update and maintain the media contact database with key Mandarin-speaking contacts.
  • Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance the company’s media presence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or communications.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with media relations, including building relationships with journalists and media outlets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to write compelling press materials and social media content.
  • Proficient in media monitoring tools, social media platforms, and digital content management.
  • Ability to manage PR campaigns, track results, and provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of the company’s industry is a plus.
  • Creative, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
