- Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers in finding coffee bean that best meet their needs. Provide recommendations and information about product features, pricing, and availability.
- Sales & Upselling: Actively engage with customers to drive sales, achieving individual and store sales targets. Use upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase average order value.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of the coffee beans.
- Merchandising: Assist in the arrangement and display of coffee beans to ensure the sales floor is visually appealing and aligned with company standards.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or returns professionally and promptly. Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience from start to finish.
- Order Processing: Accurately process transactions, including cash handling, credit card payments, and returns/exchanges.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and report coffee bean shortages to the appropriate team members. Help with restocking and organizing inventory.
- Team Collaboration: Work with other team members to achieve store goals, assist with training new associates, and support overall store operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
