  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers in finding coffee bean that best meet their needs. Provide recommendations and information about product features, pricing, and availability.
  • Sales & Upselling: Actively engage with customers to drive sales, achieving individual and store sales targets. Use upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase average order value.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of the coffee beans.
  • Merchandising: Assist in the arrangement and display of coffee beans to ensure the sales floor is visually appealing and aligned with company standards.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or returns professionally and promptly. Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience from start to finish.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process transactions, including cash handling, credit card payments, and returns/exchanges.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and report coffee bean shortages to the appropriate team members. Help with restocking and organizing inventory.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other team members to achieve store goals, assist with training new associates, and support overall store operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
