- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development.
Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional customer service and address any complaints or issues promptly.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on feedback.
Financial Management:
- Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement processes.
Menu Development:
- Collaborate with chefs to design and update menus, ensuring a balance between innovation and customer preferences.
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Work with the marketing team to promote F&B services and special events.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
Quality Control:
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.

Vendor Management:

- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
