Strategic Planning and Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and address any complaints or issues promptly.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on feedback.

Financial Management:

  • Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement processes.

Menu Development:

  • Collaborate with chefs to design and update menus, ensuring a balance between innovation and customer preferences.
  • Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Work with the marketing team to promote F&B services and special events.
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.

Quality Control:

  • Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards.

Vendor Management:

  • Negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on F&B operations, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in F&B management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
