JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist ESG Manager in Strategic Oversight:
- Support the ESG Manager in overseeing daily compliance and tasks related to ESG and ISO standards.
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities tied to ESG and ISO requirements.
- Coordinate ESG and ISO strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
- Address customer and third-party audit requirements and implement necessary actions
Policy Implementation and Management:
- Enforce policies through internal assessments to improve transparency and accountability.
- Help identify key risks and opportunities that align with sustainability and ethical practices.
- Support the integration of ISO standards into the ESG management framework
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sustainability data.
- Help define clear performance metrics and KPIs for ESG and ISO compliance
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Support communication of ESG strategies and progress to stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, community groups, and employees.
- Participate in corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs.
- Coordinate ESG and ISO-related training for staff
Continuous Improvement:
- Recommend and implement improvements to meet ESG and ISO requirements.
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of quality management systems under ISO standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Sustainability Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Data Analytics).
- Min at least min 3-5 years of relevant experience in ESG, ISO standards (9001, 14001, 13485), auditing, or sustainability consulting.
- Understanding of global sustainability trends, stakeholder interests, reporting standards, and evolving legislation.
- Familiarity with ISO audits and training in Environment & Quality Management, ESG, and Compliance.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.
- Analytical skills to assess operational risks and opportunities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
