  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES​​

  • Lead the financial planning, analysis, and reporting for all property development projects.
  • Develop and implement financial models, budgets, and forecasts to ensure projects are financially viable and aligned with company goals.
  • Manage and structure project financing, including debt and equity arrangements, ensuring the best possible financial terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to source and negotiate financing for new and ongoing projects.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and ensure proper allocation of funds across development phases.
  • Oversee financial due diligence, feasibility studies, and cost assessments for potential development projects.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to track project progress and report on financial status, including cost control and profit margins.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies throughout the development process.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to enhance decision-making and maximize returns on investments.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the project finance team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and development goals.
  • Prepare the strategic financial such strategic planning, projection etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS​

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or professional finance qualification preferred)
  • 10 – 15 working experience related experience in property development & management
  • Solid understanding of financial management and accounting.
  • Knowledge of accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective leadership qualities.
  • Financial Strategic Thinking.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
