Job Descriptions

  • The primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
  • Receive incoming calls and emails; take messages, respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate executive or a staff member.
  • Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally.
  • To ensure data and records are kept and filed up to date.
  • Maintain a daily electronic journal, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
  • Other additional functions, tasks, and duties which your superior may notify you from time to time, either verbally or in writing.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma/Advance in Accountancy.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably candidate specialized in Healthcare -Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
  • Good interpersonal skills, ethical approach to practice, well-groomed with a pleasant personality
  • Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer skills and familiar with Microsoft office.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

Working Hours :

Monday- Friday : 9.00AM - 06.00PM

Working Location :

Klinik Kok, 14, Jalan USJ 4/1, Usj 4, 47600 Subang Jaya, Selangor
