- Act as the main liaison between unit owners and the management office.
- Address inquiries and complaints from unit owners professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain positive relationships with unit owners for discussions when necessary.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs for individual units and common areas.
- Work closely with maintenance teams and contractors to ensure timely service.
- Assist in the move-in/move-out process and ensure compliance with property rules.
- Prepare reports on property issues, complaints, and service improvements.
- Assist in the issuance of notices, circulars, and billing-related matters.
- Ensure that unit owners comply with house rules, strata laws, and building regulations.
- Assist in the collection of maintenance fees and ensure timely payments.
- Provide support in addressing billing disputes or inquiries.
- Work with the finance team to update owners on outstanding payments and penalties.
- Work with the management office to enhance quality of service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
