Assistant Manager, Product Training (FMCG)
Opening with a home-grown MLM brand with a global network marketing system and FMCG manufacturing company in KL, part of a top conglomerate in Asia.
Responsibilities:
1. Training delivery and development for Business Operators and active members, covering new product launches, product refreshers, and recruitment products.
2. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and delivery methods.
3. Coordinate and support events, roadshows, and exhibitions, including health talks and presentations.
4. Plan and execute content creation for social media platforms to share health-related information.
5. Host Facebook Live sessions and manage basic light and sound setups for live events
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a retail or direct selling environment.
3. Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification is an advantage.
4. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to meet business needs.

Pay: RM2,131.15 - RM7,000.00 per month
