We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maximizing profitability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Assist in managing inventory control and ordering supplies
- Supervise and train staff members on store policies and procedures
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures
- Implement shift management schedules effectively
- Support the Store Manager in budgeting and financial management
- Provide leadership and guidance to store employees
- Assist with clerical tasks as needed
Skills
- Strong mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and budgeting
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in inventory control and managing stock levels
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of employees
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to manage store operations effectively
- **Prepared experience in store management and work in a manufacturing environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM18.24 - RM19.34 per hour
Schedule:
