  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • To obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • To prepare details cost breakdowns of each element activities of subcontractors, suppliers, etc.
  • To prepare preliminary budget for successful tender(s).
  • Negotiate for the best price within the preliminary project budget.
  • To issue Letter of Awards (LOA) /Work Orders / Purchase Order (PO).
  • To prepare estimations c/w detailed cost breakdown for tendering and alternative purposes.
  • To verify tender strategy (work scope, pricing, quantities, etc.) during the rationalization stage.
  • To finalize Final Accounts for assigned projects.
  • To assists Pre Contracts Manager in ad hoc duties and responsibilities given time to time.
  • To verify assigned Project claims (Subcontractors, suppliers, sublabour, clients, etc)
  • To brief Post Contract Department upon awarding any subcontracting or suppliers.

Requirement

  • Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Civil Engineering / Construction industry.
  • Excellent knowledge on materials, pricing and sourcing skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
