  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for updating and maintenance of the MS ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 quality system documents, standard and in-house test methods and procedures in respective laboratories
  • Assist the laboratory in preparation of documents for audit activity
  • Conduct an internal audit for Chemsain lab when required
  • Oversee the laboratory implementation of QA Program as per QCM Section 15 and rectify any issues arising from the QA scope
  • Provide preparatory training for new lab staff and refresher training for existing laboratory staff
  • Assist in coordinating training program, responsible in updating and monitoring staff training records
  • Assist in the registration, coordination and result review for yearly Proficiency Testing (PT) program and inter-lab crosscheck for Chemsain Kota Kinabalu Lab
  • To review and oversee the calibration, verification and maintenance of laboratory equipment
  • Assist in monitoring complaint registration, implementation and effectiveness
  • Monitor staff competency and arrange for renewal of competency
  • To perform test method verification/ validation as required
  • Any other task assigned by the Management

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or equivalent.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Able to work under pressure and minimal supervision
  • Possess own transport & willing to travel
  • Minimum 1 years of working experience in an analytical laboratory and in the related field is required

Job Type: Full-time
