FIFFY has been a trusted name in baby products for over 50 years. We're looking for a passionate Marketing Manager to join our team and help us bring high-quality babywear to families across Malaysia.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services
- Managing the company's marketing budget and optimising resources to achieve the best return on investment
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless customer experience
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing activities, and making data-driven decisions to improve strategies
- Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and exploring innovative ways to engage the target audience
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the Marketing & Communications industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as CRM, analytics, and social media platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
