  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Support day-to-day coordination of operational activities.
  • Collection coordination, arrange segregation, and package material.
  • Liaise with the marketing department regarding collection arrangements.
  • In charge of sales by assisting sales manager to get price for ready sales material.
  • Day-to-day sales arrangement.
  • Coordinate with external parties for the sales of purchased goods.
  • Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports (master report, stock report, BDE report, profit summary, drivers allowance).
  • Supervisory of operation team (in yard)
  • Handling the Police Book ( Buying & Selling Book )
  • Operation manpower management (drivers and direct labours).
  • Monitoring the movement of drivers and transportation.
  • Stock management and update to operation managers and directors.
  • Conduct weekly operation meetings or whenever required by the management.
  • Prepare outstation and trip allowance for drivers.
  • Monitor overall operation clerk duty.
  • Liaise with the accounts department for the purchase and sales reports.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, prepare costing sheets, and provide financial information to the finance department.
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by superior or management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
