  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Requirement:

Regulatory Reporting Project Management

  • Assist in the maintenance/update of project documentations (mapping specifications, functional design specifications, SIT/UAT reports and user manuals)
  • Ensure timely delivery and tracking of project artefacts/documentations to be signed-off by the users
  • Assist in the preparation and tracking of defect/issue listing
  • Support SIT/UAT test execution

Regulatory Reporting Operations

  • Maintenance of User Access Management (UAM) matrix for FNX SaaS clients
  • Prepare monthly User Access Review Report for FNX SaaS clients
  • Prepare monthly production defect listing for FNX SaaS clients
  • Prepare monthly capacity management report for FNX SaaS clients

Regulatory Reporting BPO

To ensure that regulatory reports are prepared accurately and submitted on timely basis in accordance to regulatory requirements prescribed by the regulators for the BPO client(s) by performing:

  • Data checks – perform verifications against source data and escalate any data quality issues to BPO clients
  • Data operations – perform amendments/enrichments where required and ensure comprehensiveness of data to be submitted to regulator subject to review and agreement with client
  • Data reconciliation – perform end-day/month/quarter balance checks across source, control reports, cross systems to ensure data accuracy and consistencies

Daily/weekly/monthly dashboard updates to client on status of submission operations

Job Qualifications:

  • Foundation/Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Accounting/Finance/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT/Data Science
  • CGPA 3.0 and above
  • 0-3 years experience (accept recently graduated candidate)
  • Experience in client-facing roles or customer service or business development
  • Experience in regulatory reporting/middle office of banks/financial institutions/payment system operators

Professional Qualification / Regulatory Licensing Requirement (OPTIONAL):

  • Google Project Management Certification
  • AICB – Level 1 – CFS and/or CRCO

Relevant Working Industry (OPTIONAL) :

Banking/payment industry, specifically regulatory reporting (STATSmart Reporting, CCRIS, ESS and PIDM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
