  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control DC’s budget and participate in cost control initiatives
  • Ensure maintenance of all medical equipment in DC for safe clinical practice
  • Maintain the facility in a clean, safe and sanitary environment at all times
  • Submit monthly clinic operational reports to HeadQuarters (HQ) in a timely manner
  • Participate in quarterly clinical Meetings in HQ
  • Ensure proper storage of the centres records, including medical records and other accounting records
  • Update and upload staff roster, vacant slots and other documents as necessary to a shared drive

Staff Related Responsibilities

  • Supervise nurses and other clinical staff to provide safe and effective care to patients
  • Ensure staff compliance with updated nursing policies and procedures
  • Ensure adequate staffing through effective management of staff’s roster
  • Assign and delegate tasks to staff
  • Counsel and initiate disciplinary action on staff where necessary
  • Conduct staff performance appraisals and in consultation with Manager/AGM, recommend staff for promotion as part of their career progression
  • In consultation with Manager/AGM, arrange staff for training activities
  • Communicate with staff regularly to keep staff updated on any changes in the DCs

Clinical Duties

  • Responsible for all aspects of patient care from admissions to discharge
  • Orientate new patients to the dialysis centre
  • Obtain all necessary medical information from referral sources prior to admission
  • Ensure patients schedules are updated and provide timely information to renal coordinator on vacant slots available
  • Ensure patients and their families are educated on renal dialysis care by regular communications
  • Oversee and ensure accurate and complete documentation of patients treatments and clinical notes in the NRR and Google Drive
  • Review blood test results on a timely basis to ensure accurate and timely reporting of Foresight Dialysis’s Clinical Outcome and Quality Measures.
  • Participate in annual audits of the centre to ensure compliance with MOH’s guidelines
  • Participate in quality improvement projects to pursue quality outcomes for patients

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
