  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. Candidate must be willing to travel as this position required the staff to be station in Johor once the centre fully operate in August 2024.

Operations & Marketing

1. Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and manage operational strategies to enhance efficiency. productivity, and profitability.

2. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the southern operations team, ensuring clear communication and alignment with company goals.

3. Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement streamlined processes to optimize resource utilization.

4. Quality Control: Maintain and improve the quality of services by implementing quality control standards and measures.

5. Budget Management: Develop and manage the operations budget, controlling costs and ensuring cost-effectiveness in all operations.

6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.

7. Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

8. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive advantages.

9. Digital Marketing: Lead the development of digital marketing campaigns, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

10. Content Development Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant marketing content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and more.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,650.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pendang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Application Question(s):

  • There are two work location for this position. Before center operates, staff must be able to stay in Puncak Alam. Once center operate, the staff will be relocate to Johor estimated on August 2024. Are you willing to do that?

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Dialysis: 3 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
