Summary of the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Success Executive to join our growing team. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals to contribute to the success of our sales efforts, provide excellent client services, and support business development initiatives in the trading, software, and business development sectors.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will have the chance to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, focusing on building strong client relationships, driving sales performance, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sales Performance & Client Engagement: Drive sales performance by managing the entire sales process, from prospecting through to closing deals, ensuring excellent service and support for clients throughout the journey.

· Presper Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and future business opportunities, aligning with sales targets and company growth objectives.

· Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights that can enhance sales strategies and offerings.

· Collaboration & Team Alignment: Work closely with internal teams, particularly the Marketing department, to ensure consistent messaging, optimize lead generation strategies, and drive sales growth.

· Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

· Reporting & Administration: Assist with monthly reporting duties, track sales progress, update CRM systems, and provide detailed feedback to management on performance metrics and client interactions.

· Sales Strategy & Execution: Collaborate in the development and execution of sales strategies that align with company goals and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly in customer-facing roles within a business development, trading, or software environment.

· Property Development Experience (Advantageous): Experience in the property development sector is a plus.

· Education: Fresh graduates with a degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field are encouraged to apply.

· Start-up Experience: Previous experience in a startup company will be beneficial, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
