Summary : To lead and take ownership of all PE7 plant operational matters to positively impact its P&L. To propagate efficiency, effectiveness, excellence and ethics within the organization and across interacting parties to exceed organization goals and delight the customer. To prioritize energy where it is mission critical or it can affect safety.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. To establish a good relationship with all customers.
2. To lead, manage, motivate and grow the team. Training identification minimally includes an annual TNA. Positioning effectively includes identifying best fit to each existing role.
3. To develop strategies and see to the execution that achieves all PE7 KPI & KSF targets.
4. To impose continuous improvement culture across the team, include making improvements to key customer satisfaction index and OFI from audits.
5. To spearhead organization safety, 5S, lean, quality, OTD, inventory accuracy, cost efficiencies and other operational measures that gets the organization on the right footing.
6. To sustain spends within planned budgets/evolved financial base.
7. To ensure all inventory are secured from pilferage or major loss, measured as physical equating to the system quantities.
8. To ensure compliance in all EHS, regulatory, legal, customer, policy and procedures.
9. To sustain and re-establish entitlement to the building, equipment, tools and furniture associated with area of responsibility.
10. Respond effectively for assignments that benefit the organization.
Job Requirements
1. Degree in Engineering / Manufacturing / Business Administration or equivalent.
2. At least 8 years of managerial work experience, preferably in an equipment assembly, automation or contract manufacturing industry. Is ethical, self-driven, able to articulate strategies/tactics from opportunities and is result focus. Have good influential, leadership, and project management skills.
