We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bread Baker to join our team. The Bread Baker will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of breads, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake different types of breads, including sourdough, baguettes, whole wheat, and specialty loaves.
- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.
- Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and dough dividers.
- Monitor baking process to prevent over- or under-cooking.
- Perform dough mixing, kneading, shaping, and scoring techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards (e.g., HACCP).
- Manage inventory and order ingredients as needed.
- Assist in developing new bread recipes and seasonal offerings.
- Work with the team to fulfill daily production goals.
- Conduct quality checks on ingredients and finished products.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bread Baker or similar role.
- Knowledge of artisan bread-making techniques.
- Ability to work early morning shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Food handler certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy bags of flour and baking trays.
- Passion for baking and creativity in recipe development.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with sourdough starters and long fermentation techniques.
- Familiarity with commercial ovens and mixers.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
