Join our team and grow your career in finance and accounting. We are looking for motivated individuals to fill multiple positions within our Finance Department:
- Accounts Assistants/Executives - AP & AR Functions
- Accounts Assistants/Executives - Treasury
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the accounts department.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and check payments issued by branches.
- Perform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Update tax schedules and follow up on debt collections as needed.
- Maintain an accurate filing system for all financial documents.
- Perform daily cash flow operations, including collections and payments.
- Update monthly cash flow reports and schedules.
- Compile and distribute daily bank statements to branches.
- Request and compile bank placement interest rates.
- Prepare daily deposit placement letters and trade facility renewal letters for bank submission.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related fields; professional qualifications are a plus.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Highly organized, with strong self-discipline and time management skills.
- Positive attitude towards teamwork and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
