  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Internship Opportunity: Join Our Customer Service Team at Jaecoo KL

About the Role: Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ready to make a significant impact daily? We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our Customer Service team and help Jaecoo customers experience joy with every interaction!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Deliver vehicles to customers promptly and ensure they are returned clean and tidy.
  • Record Keeping: Create and maintain accurate job cards for proper documentation of service or repair requests.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups within three days of servicing to gather feedback on customer experience and vehicle performance. Monitor the progress of vehicle repairs or servicing and keep customers updated on their car’s status.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the Parts Department to place orders and notify customers upon parts arrival. Liaise with Workshop Controller/Manager to ascertain the quality of the job done before notifying customers for vehicle collection.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to the superiors.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a brand ambassador, spreading positivity through each customer interaction.

Requirements:

  • Internship period : Minimum 3 months
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • No work experience required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Well versed with Mircosoft Office

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM550.00 - RM650.00 per month
