Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Operations

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams
  • Oversee import permits and customs clearance
  • Ensure efficient inventory management
  • Handle international shipping documentation and Letter of Credit processes

Product Launch Support

  • Collaborate with registration team on new product specifications
  • Manage packaging and labeling requirements
  • Ensure supplier compliance with quality standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of procurement experience
  • Proven negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in international trade documentation
  • Understanding of customs regulations and compliance
  • Strategic thinker with commercial acumen
  • Results-oriented with strong project management skills
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
