  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the daily production activities such as job preparation and arrangement, time variance monitoring, job efficiency monitoring, production productivity, employees discipline, tools crib management, machining process improvement, indirect material controlling and etc. which it will directly or indirectly effect to the production’s performance.

Minimum Requirements:

  • SPM or High School education.
  • Minimum 3 years machining experience / assembly / welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in people management (for a group of people not less that 15 person)
  • Understanding the manufacturing processes and procedures, applicable to areas of responsibility.
  • Must be multiple tasks orientated.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints / GD&T
  • Understand the common tool and measurement equipment.
  • General PC computer skills (Microsoft excel and words)
  • Able to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Able to lead a team towards company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make sure the production staff running the process as per procedure / traveler / OMS.
  • Responsible to prepare job released by planner for production staff.
  • Monitor the Production productivity for individual processes / station.
  • Monitor the job efficiency and time variance for production staff.
  • Review the job traveler to get accurate actual cycle time of each processes / job.
  • Control of indirect material such as IPA, glove, and etc to make sure sufficient material for production used.
  • Monitor and verify the job done by the production staff.
  • Guide the new production staff for any new job released by the supervisor.
  • Reporting to Supervisor / Production Manager for any abnormality in the process / work-place.
  • Perform all job duties and functions in compliance with the company safety standards.
  • Preform continue improvement for the production department (example: process / technology improvement)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
