  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general upkeep. The handyman will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and in good working order.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, minor plumbing, and electrical repairs.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues.
  • Repair or replace defective equipment, fixtures, and hardware.
  • Assemble furniture, equipment, and other items as needed.
  • Maintain and repair building interiors and exteriors, including doors, windows, walls, and floors.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
  • Collaborate with other team members and contractors as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • SPM/Certificate/Diploma
  • Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  • Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Comfortable working in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
